The girls basketball season enters its second week this week with a full schedule of games on Tuesday and Thursday and one rescheduled game on Wednesday.  The 7th grade Markham Panthers and Camino Trojans each jumped out to a 2-0 start to the season in their respective divisions.  In the 8th grade there are numerous undefeated teams still remaining including Markham and John Adams in D1 and Gold Trail, Sierra Ridge, and Pleasant Valley in D2.  Key matchups this week occur on Thursday with Markham heading to John Adams and Gold Trail playing Pleasant Valley.

This week marks the third week of the wrestling season.  On Thursday schools will meet at Northside and Markham for our athletes to engage in their third practice meet of the season in preparation for the county finals tournament on 2/14 at EDHS.
