The CSL this week has a full schedule of girls volleyball, flag football, and cross country.
The girls volleyball season is at its halfway point.

In the 7th grade D1 division John Adams and Pleasant Grove both are still undefeated at 5-0, the teams meet on Tuesday to decide who’s going to take the mid-season lead. In 8th grade D1 Markham and PG are both 5-0, these teams will face off the following week.
In 7th grade D2 it’s Camino who has separated from the pack at 5-0. There are five teams at 3-2 or 2-3 with plenty of room for another team to establish themselves as the front runners along with Camino. In 8th grade D2 Camino also holds the top spot at 4-1 with CMP and Gold Trail a game behind at 3-2.
For Division 3 Marble Valley’s 7th grade team currently holds the top spot and an automatic bid to the tournament at 3-1. Miller’s Hill’s 8th grade team is still undefeated at 4-0 and has the inside track to a tournament spot halfway through the season.
Flag football also has reached the half-way point with the same setup as we had last week. Pleasant Grove is undefeated and in first place for both 7th and 8th grade in Division 1. Marble Valley 7th and CHSA 8th are at the top of the standings for Division 2.

There will be seven cross country meets this week. Wednesday there are meets at Pleasant Valley, Indian Creek, Gold Trail, and at the EDH CSD hosted by Jackson. Thursdays meets are at Blue Oak and McGarvey. On Friday, El Dorado High School hosts a middle school meet.
