This week entails Week 3 out of 4 for Cross Country practice meets.  Runners will be taking to the course at 6 schools that have a history of hosting XC.  At the conclusion of this week there will be one practice meet remaining for each team before the County Finals scheduled for Wednesday, October 18th at the Placerville Fairgrounds.

Wednesday meets will be at CMP (3-8th), Gold Trail (3-8th), Sierra Ridge (3-8th), Lakeview at the CSD in El Dorado Hills (3-5th), and Lake Forest (3-5th).  Friday there is a meet at Markham Middle School (6-8th).
