This past Saturday the girls volleyball season ended with 4 new champions bringing home the banner.

The 8th grade D1 champions are the Markham Panthers who beat Herbert Green and John Adams in the final both in 2 sets.  This team finished with an undefeated record.

The 7th grade D1 winners were also the Markham Panthers who beat Pleasant Grove in the final contest.  They also had an unblemished season with no losses.

The 8th grade D2 champs are the Gold Trail Blazers who went to 3 sets to defeat the Sierra Ridge Wolverines and the final game came down to the wire.

The 7th grade D2 champions are the Camino Trojans.  This Camino team came into the playoff tournament as the #4 seed beating Miller’s Hill and the top seed CMP on their way to the championship game where they beat Gold Trail.
